All of us are indeed blessed by the presence of our Beloved Mother, Satguru Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi in our midst. It is indeed a great fortune that your child has got an opportunity to study in an institution established with Her blessings and to grow under Her benevolent influence. Amma inspires the multitude that throng and long for Her soothing and compassionate presence, to lead a nobler life with an ideal to aspire and fulfill. She transforms people’s self-centered existence into a more meaningful one - dedicated to selfless service and often into the search of the Supreme.

Her unconditional and transforming love and its deep effect on us is beyond words; to understand this, you have to experience it yourself. Therefore, we encourage you to visit our Ashram along with your family at the first opportunity to receive Amma's darshan and blessings.

We welcome any help, expertise, or advice in developing any aspect/activity related to the school or any other charitable activities of the Math. Additionally, as an act of charity, parents are encouraged, if able or willing, to sponsor partly or wholly the education of underprivileged children.

Rules & Regulations

The parent shall read the following rules and regulations and undertake to abide by them:

• Respect for traditional knowledge, heritage, and the values of life are emphasized, including the chanting of School Prayers, Bhagavad Gita, and other texts that promote character building and value education.
• Value education and life skills are integrated into our curriculum, with promotion based on internal assessment grades.
• Attendance at all school celebrations is compulsory for students and parents when invited.
• Non-vegetarian food is not allowed on campus. Yoga & meditation are mandatory when introduced.
• Parents should inform teachers of any changes in address/telephone number promptly.
• Parents and students must cooperate in school programs such as projects, community work, and other activities.
• Fees must be paid during office hours on designated dates.
• Uniform color and pattern must strictly adhere to school standards.
• No teaching staff shall engage in tuition without the Principal's permission.
• Academic evaluation methods will adapt to guidelines from CBSE/ICSE or respective Boards. All support and cooperation are expected.
• All communication with the management should occur solely through the School Managing Committee (SMC).
• Transfers cannot be demanded as a right; requests will only be considered for genuine reasons like relocation.
• Parents must refrain from quarrelling or misbehaving with school staff, as it may lead to mandatory TC issuance.
• Withdrawal of students during school time should be minimized, except in emergencies with proper protocol.
• Strict prohibition of mobile phones, media players, and other electronics is enforced on campus.
• Parents must ensure no unauthorized items or medicines are brought to school by their child.
• Mass absenteeism will be taken seriously, and girl students must report any inappropriate behavior immediately.

Declaration by the Parent / Guardian

I, the parent/guardian of the student, understand and agree that discipline is paramount in the institution. I agree to instill this discipline and recognize that the management, Principal, and staff will not tolerate disobedience, indiscipline, or negligence regarding academic and behavioral standards. I agree that my ward will be subject to disciplinary action, including compulsory TC issuance, if they exhibit irresponsible or rebellious behavior.

I acknowledge that the management’s decisions are final and binding on both myself and my child. I affirm that I shall not have any grievances regarding the implementation of rules or disciplinary actions. I agree to abide by all school regulations and affirm that I will not request changes in my child’s name or date of birth in the future. I solemnly declare that the particulars provided are true and correct.
